In our study, we analyzed the effects of servicescape and economic value on the intention among experienced customers to maintain a continuous relationship with beauty shops. We surveyed 250 adult men and women, between 20 and 50 years of age, from February 9 to February 28, 2026. We analyzed the collected data using SPSS 29.0. The analysis included frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. Among the three subfactors of servicescape, aesthetics and human service had significant effects on the economic value.
However, convenience did not have a significant effect. Economic value had a significant effect on the intention to maintain a continuous relationship. Furthermore, servicescape had a significant effect on the customer intention to maintain a continuous relationship with beauty shops. Our results indicate that the service environment and the economic value experienced by beauty shop customers are important factors that influence their intention to maintain a continuous relationship. Therefore, the findings of our study may provide foundational data to establish customer retention strategies and improve service environments and customer relationships in the beauty industry
