This study proposes ways to improve safety management that enables practical safety activities in induction painting and further establishes a safe induction painting culture that enables practical safety management by drawing a rational approach from the guidance leader. First, on-site investigation and safety management support for induction painting should be provided by designating and operating a safety management supervisory authority in which comprehensive safety management can be properly applied and operated. Second, it is the designation and operation of a safety management support organization that requires the consignment of safety inspection necessary for safety management and the role of an agency. Third, in induction painting, the supervisory authority and the supporting agency are supervised and supported for safety management, but appropriate safety management should be performed directly. Fourth, in order for the safety management of induction painting mentioned above to be properly carried out, safety-related regulations must be preceded. It is necessary to secure the basis for the financial resources and support necessary for such safety management so that smooth safety management of induction painting can be achieved.
