Abstract: This study aims to explore the academic implications of integrating the Sipseong (十星) theory in Myeongri studies with the Enneagram personality theory through counseling case analysis. This study employed a qualitative case study method, analyzing counseling processes of three clients experiencing psychological distress. The analysis was conducted using an integrative framework combining Sipseong-based behavioral patterns and Enneagram-based motivational structures. The results indicate that the integrative interpretation of Sipseong and the Enneagram enables a clearer understanding of clients’ psychological instability by linking observable behaviors with underlying motivational structures. Furthermore, tailored intervention strategies were developed based on this integrative model, contributing to emotional stabilization and behavioral change. The integrative counseling model provides a multi-layered analytical framework for understanding clients and establishing intervention strategies. However, limitations remain due to the small sample size and potential subjectivity in interpretation. Future studies should include larger samples and empirical validation.
