This paper presents the results of a survey on moral education teachers' perceptions and utilization of oral assessments, and proposes future directions for moral education and policy support. It examines moral education teachers' perceptions of the need for oral assessments, their goals, implementation challenges, the support needed for their implementation, and their willingness to implement them. By identifying factors influencing the decision to implement oral assessments, it proposes a direction for moral education learning and assessment suited to the era of generative AI. The main research questions are: What are moral education teachers' overall perceptions of oral assessments in the era of generative AI? Are there differences in perceptions of oral assessments based on teacher characteristics? What variables in teacher perceptions influence the implementation of oral assessments?
