청소년의 사이버불링 피해 경험과 사회불안 관계에서 내면화된 수치심의 매개효과 = The Mediating Effect of Internalized Shame on the Relationship between Cyberbullying Experiences and Social Anxiety in Adolescents

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사이버불링 피해 경험, 내면화된 수치심, 사회불안의 관계를 알아보고 사이버불링 피해 경험과 사회불안 관계에서 내면화된 수치심의 매개효과를 검증해보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울과 수도권(경기, 인천)에 거주하는 중학생과 고등학생 총 321명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 분석을 위하여 SPSS 25.0과 Process macro Model 4를 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 사이버불링 피해 경험은 내면화된 수치심 및 사회불안에 유의미한 정적 상관을 나타냈으며, 내면화된 수치심은 사회불안에 유의미한 정적관계를 보였다. 둘째, 내면화된 수치심은 사이버불링 피해 경험과 사회불안 관계에서 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 사이버불링 피해 경험, 내면화된 수치심, 사회불안의 관계를 확인할 수 있었으며 마지막으로, 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

This study investigated the mediating role of internalized shame in the relationship between cyberbullying victimization and social anxiety. A survey was conducted with 321 middle and high school students in Seoul and the metropolitan area (Gyeonggi and Incheon). SPSS 25.0 and Process Macro model 4 were used for data analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, cyberbullying victimization showed a significant positive correlation with both internalized shame and social anxiety, and internalized shame was also significantly positively associated with social anxiety. Second, internalized shame fully mediated the relationship between cyberbullying victimization and social anxiety. These findings highlight the relationships among cyberbullying victimization, internalized shame, and social anxiety. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed based on the findings.
