초등 특수교육 전공 예비 교사의 실습일지 분석을 통한 성찰적 변화 과정 탐색 = Exploring the Reflective Change Process of Pre-Service Elementary Special Education Teachers Through an Analysis of Reflective Journals

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 교육실습에 참여한 예비 초등 특수교사 7명의 실습일지를 분석하여 예비 교사의 전문성과 태도의 변화 과정을 탐색하는데 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 4주간 작성된 실습일지를 수집하여 질적 내용분석, 시계열 분석을 통합하여 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 예비 교사들의 전문성 및 교수역량은 실습 초기의 관찰 단계, 중기의 수업 실패와 좌절 단계, 후기에 회복하고 성장하는 단계로 변화 양상을 보였다. 둘째, 태도 및 정서 변화로 교사로서의 책임감과 정체성이 확립되는 실습생들의 변화 양상이 확인되었으며, 실습 중기의 심리적 위기를 여러 요인을 통해 극복하는 양상이 확인되었다. 결론: 이러한 변화를 바탕으로 교육 실습생들의 변화를 유형화하여 정리하고, 교육실습의 요구를 논의하였다. 이를 통해 실습 지도 과정에서의 강조점, 실습생 성향에 따른 맞춤형 지원의 필요성, 실습 기간 연장의 필요성을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: This study explored the process of change in professionalism and attitude among seven pre-service elementary special education teachers by analyzing their reflective journals. Method: For this purpose, this study used integrated qualitative content and time-series analyses on journals collected over four weeks. Results: First, professionalism progressed from an initial observation stage, through a middle stage of failure and frustration, to a final stage of recovery and growth. Second, regarding attitude and emotion, participants established teacher identity and responsibility, overcoming psychological crises through various factors. Conclusion: Based on these findings, the study categorized change types and discussed needs for the teaching practicum. Through this, the study suggested the points of emphasis in the guidance process of the practicum, the necessity of customized support according to the student teachers' personalities, and the need for extending the practicum period.
