    · Research topics: This study analysed domestic and international cases of AI literacy education in vocational training and, based on this, derived a definition and implications for AI literacy education.
    · Research background: The proliferation of generative AI is fundamentally altering work practices and decision-making processes, making a paradigm shift in vocational training systems urgent. Nevertheless, current AI literacy education in vocational training remains limited to treating AI as a simple tool, necessitating discussion on education from an integrated perspective.
    · Differences from prior research: This study differs from prior research by broadening the perspective and enhancing the applicability of academic models to real-world settings. Specifically, while existing studies primarily addressed AI literacy at the individual level, this research extends it to practical application and utilisation, as well as organisational-level discussions. Furthermore, it analysed the latest domestic and international cases related to AI literacy education and derived implications for such education based on this analysis.
    · Research method: The research was conducted using an integrated literature review methodology based on cases of AI literacy education in domestic and international vocational training and relevant literature on AI literacy.
    · Research results: First, by analysing a total of 11 domestic and international AI literacy education cases, we examined how AI literacy is being implemented. Second, we redefined AI literacy as the practical competency to apply, facilitate, and reuse technology within job contexts, and derived four implications for AI literacy education.
