이공계 대학원생의 경력개발지원인식이 고용가능성과 경력정체성에 미치는 영향 : 긍정심리자본의 매개효과와 연도별 인식 차이 = The Effects of Career Development Support Perception on Employability and Career Identity among STEM Graduate Students: The Mediating Role of Positive Psychological Capital and Multi-Group Comparisons between 2022 and 2024

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 이공계 대학원생이 인식하는 경력개발지원인식이 고용가능성과 경력정체성에 미치는 영향에 대한 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하였으며, 나아가 2022년과 2024년, 연도에 따른 집단 간 구조 관계의 차이를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 국가과학기술인력개발원의 2022년, 2024년 「과학기술 인재개발 활동조사」 중이공계 대학원생의 응답자료(1,548개) 분석에 활용하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력개발지원인식은 긍정심리자본을 매개로 고용가능성과 경력정체성에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연도에 따른 집단 간 비교 결과, 두 집단 간 구조적 차이는 확인되었으나 개별 경로 수준에서의 영향은 유의하지 않았다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이공계 대학원생 경력개발 지원정책의 효과성을 점검하고, 경력개발 지원을위한 이론적, 실천적 시사점을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study, based on Social Cognitive Career Theory(SCCT), examined the mediating effect of positive psychological capital on the relationship between career development support perception and employability and career identity among STEM graduate students. Furthermore, it tested the differences in structural relationships between the 2022 and 2024 cohorts. The sample comprised 1,548 responses from STEM graduate students in the 2022 and 2024 “KIRD Science and Technology Human Resource Development Activity Survey” conducted by the Korea Institute of Human Resources Development in Science and Technology(KIRD). The findings revealed: First, career development support perception significantly influenced employability and career identity through the mediation of positive psychological capital. Second, while structural differences between the two cohorts were identified, no significant differences were found at the level of individual paths. Based on these results, this study evaluated the effectiveness of career development support policies for STEM graduate students and suggested theoretical and practical implications for enhancing career development support.
