농업생산기반정비사업에 대한 농업인의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 = Factors Affecting Farmers’ Satisfaction with Agricultural Production Infrastructure Improvement Project

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing farmers’ satisfaction with the Agricultural Production Infrastructure Improvement Project. A survey was conducted among farmers in 19 project areas nationwide where the projects were completed in 2018, and an ordered logit model was used for the analysis. The results show that individual characteristics of respondents, including software and hardware factors, have statistically significant effects on farmers’ satisfaction. The results also indicate that project-area characteristics play an important role: higher levels of satisfaction were reported in project areas with sizes between 100 and 200 hectares and in plains. This study further proposes new qualitative indicators to complement existing quantitative measures in project evaluation. Marginal effects analysis reveals that hardware factors, plains, and project size significantly increase farmers’ satisfaction. Incorporating these factors into implementation criteria could enhance overall project effectiveness.
