사용자 선호도를 고려한 세대통합형 노유자 커뮤니티시설 계획방향 연구 = A Study on Planning Directions for Intergenerational Community Facilities for the Elderly and Children Considering User Preferences

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사용자 선호도를 기반으로 세대통합형 노유자 커뮤니티시설의 계획 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 현대 사회는 급격한 인구구조 변화와 산업화로 인해 세대 간 교류 단절과 취약 계층의 사회적 고립 문제가 심화되고 있다. 특히 노인과 어린이 같은 사회적 약자는 독립적인 교류 기회가 부족하여 세대통합의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 연구 과정은 선행연구와 문헌고찰을 바탕으로 세종시 3생활권 복합커뮤니티센터 사용자 및 시설 운영자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 사용자 선호도를 도출하였다. 그 결과, 소프트웨어 측면에서는 체계적 세대교류 프로그램 구성과 참여 기반 프로그램 강화, 그리고 하드웨어 측면에서는 공용 공간의 다기능성 강화와 공간 배치의 유연성 확보가 필요함이 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 기반으로 본 연구는 세대통합형 커뮤니티시설 설계와 프로그램 개발에 대한 사용자 중심의 실증적 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study aims to propose planning directions for intergenerational community facilities for the elderly and children based on user preferences. In contemporary society, rapid demographic changes and industrialization have intensified the breakdown of intergenerational interaction and the social isolation of vulnerable groups. In particular, the elderly and children, as socially vulnerable populations, often lack independent opportunities for interaction, highlighting the need for intergenerational integration. Based on a review of previous research and literature, this study conducted a survey of users and facility administrators at multifunctional community centers in the 3rd residential zone of Sejong City to derive user preferences. The results indicated that, in the software aspect, the enhancement of systematic intergenerational exchange programs and participation-based programs, and, in the hardware aspect, the multifunctionality of shared spaces and flexibility in spatial layout, are needed.. Based on these findings, it is expected that this study will be used as user-centered foundational data for the design of intergenerational community facilities and the development of related programs.
