사회 공정성 인식이 한국 대학생의 결혼·출산 의도에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Awareness of Social Fairness on Marriage and Childbirth Intentions of Korean University Students

As marriage and childbirth no longer become a universal life process but an area of choice, the issue of low birth rates has also required a new approach. This study examines how social fairness awareness affects young people's marriage and childbirth intentions. A survey of college students was conducted, and multiple regression analysis was performed with social fairness awareness as the independent variable while controlling for personal and socio-economic factors. Results show that marriage intention is positively correlated with social fairness awareness, interpersonal ability, and grade, while women showed lower marriage intentions. Similarly, childbirth intention is positively correlated with social fairness awareness and interpersonal ability but negatively affected by employment anxiety, with women showing lower intentions to give birth. This study highlights the significant role of social fairness awareness in shaping marriage and childbirth intentions, emphasizing the need for policies that foster a fair society to address the low birth rate issue.
