다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

In recent years, workplace mental health programs have received growing attention as organizations attempt to address employee well-being beyond traditional compensation and performance systems. However, empirical findings on whether such programs translate into higher employee job satisfaction remain scattered across disciplines. The present study aims to synthesize existing research and examine how workplace mental health programs are associated with employee satisfaction outcomes from an organizational and distribution-oriented perspective. The present study adopts a systematic review approach based on the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) statement. Peer-reviewed journal articles focusing on workplace mental health interventions and job satisfaction were collected through Google Scholar. After applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, selected studies were analyzed to identify recurring program characteristics, implementation patterns, and reported satisfaction outcomes. The reviewed literature suggests that workplace mental health programs are generally associated with positive job satisfaction outcomes, managerial support, and organizational trust. Programs that are poorly communicated or perceived as symbolic tend to show weaker or inconsistent effects on satisfaction. All in all, the findings of this study indicate that mental health programs function not only as individual-level support mechanisms but also as organizational signals that shape employee perceptions of care, fairness, and stability.
