The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of core and balance combined training on dynamic balance, swing speed, and service accuracy in female tennis players. For this study, 16 female tennis players from a university in D region participated in a 16-week core and balance combined training program. The participants were divided into an experimental group (core and balance training) and a control group (no training), and pre- and post-training comparisons were made to derive the results. The tennis players who participated in the core and balance combined training showed significant improvements in dynamic balance and swing speed compared to the control group. Core and balance combined training can improve balance ability and enhance the serve swing speed in female tennis players.
