국내 장애아 가족지원에 대한 질적 연구 분석(2015-2025) = A Qualitative Study Analysis on Family Support of Children with Disabilities in Korea (2015-2025)

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 장애아 가족지원과 관련된 국내 전문학술지 논문 중 질적 연구 동향을 분석하여 향후 장애아 가족지원을 주제로 한 질적 연구의 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2015년부터 2025년 6월까지 장애아 가족지원을 주제로 질적 연구 방법을 적용한 논문 32편을 최종적으로 선정하여 연도별․학회지별, 연구주제별, 연구방법별로 구분하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 장애아 가족지원 관련 질적 연구는 2015년도부터 2020년까지 꾸준히 실행되었지만, 2021년도부터는 오히려 감소한 경향을 보였다. 연구주제는 장애아 부모와 가족의 양육 경험이나 삶과 관련된 주제를 가장 많이 다루고 있었으며, 연구 참여자는 주로 어머니를 대상으로 한 개별 심층 면담 형식의 현상학 연구가 많이 이루어졌다. 연구자들은 참여자 확인 및 검토 방법을 통해 질적 연구의 신뢰도 및 타당도 검증을 확보하고자 노력한 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 향후 장애아 가족지원과 관련된 질적 연구의 개선 방안을 논의했다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze trends in qualitative research within domestic academic journals related to family support of children with disabilities, and to suggest future directions for qualitative research on this topic. For this purpose, a total of 32 studies employing qualitative research methods and addressing family support of children with disabilities, published between 2015 and June 2025, were selected and analyzed by year, journal, research topic, and research method. The results indicated that qualitative researches on family support of children with disabilities were consistently conducted from 2015 to 2020, but have shown a decline since 2021. The research topics mostly dealt with parenting experiences or life-related subjects of parents and families of children with disabilities. In terms of research participants and methods, phenomenological studies involving individual in-depth interviews with mothers were most common. Researchers also sought to ensure the credibility and validity of their qualitative findings by employing participant confirmation and review techniques. Based on these findings, this study discussed implications and suggestions for improving future qualitative research on family of children with disabilities.
