졸업학년 간호대학생의 자기결정성과 사회적 지지가 진로포부에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 졸업학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 자기결정성, 사회적 지지 및 진로포부 간의 상 관관계를 분석하고, 진로포부에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 G시 에 소재한 2개 대학교의 간호학과 4학년 재학생 130명이었으며, 자료수집은 2025년 10월 20일부터 31일까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관관계, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 진로포부는 자기결정성(r=.54, p<.001)과 사회적 지지(r=.24, p<.001)와 유의한 정적상관을 보였다. 회귀분석에서는 자기결정성(β=.53, p<.001) 이 진로포부에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었으나, 사회적 지지와 전공만족도는 유의하지 않았다. 따라서 졸업학년 간호대학생의 진로포부를 향상시키기 위해서는 자기결정성을 높일 수 있는 교육 및 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is a descriptive research study to understand the correlation between self-determination, social support and career aspiration in senior baccalaureate nursing students and to analyze the effect on career aspiration. A total of 130 senior baccalaureate nursing students from two universities located in G city participated in the study. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 27.0 program. As a result, career aspiration showed a significant positive correlation with self-determination(r=.54, p<.001) and social support(r=.24, p<.001). In the regression analysis, self-determination(β=.53, p<.001) was identified as a significant factor influencing career aspiration, whereas social support and major satisfaction were not significant predictors. Therefore, in order to improve the career aspirations of senior baccalaureate nursing students, it is necessary to develop education programs that improve self-determination.
