국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 1학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 대인관계 유능성, 메타인지 및 학과적응 간의 상관 관계를 파악하고, 간호학과 적응에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상은 G 광역시 소재 간호학과 1학년 학생 130명이었으며, 자료수집은 2025년 10월 10일부터 10월 24일까 지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson의 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 학과 적응에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공 만족도가 높은 경우(β=.942, p<.001)와 보통인 경우(β=.454, p=.005), 그리고 대인관계 유능성이 높은 경우(β=.262, p=.009)로 나타났다. 따라서 간호학과 신입생의 학과적응을 증진하기 위 해서는 전공 만족도와 대인관계 유능성을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 및 상담 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

In this study, we investigated the correlation between interpersonal competency, metacognition, and department adjustment in first-year nursing students as well as how these variables influence department adjustment. The subjects of the study were 130 first-year nursing students located in G Metropolitan City, and data collection was conducted from October 10 to October 24, 2025. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program. As a result, the prediction factors influencing department adjustment were high major satisfaction (β =.942, p<.001), moderate major satisfaction(β=.454, p=.005), interpersonal competency(β=.262, p=.009). Therefore, in order to improve the department adjustment of nursing freshmen, it is necessary to develop education and counseling programs that improve major satisfaction and interpersonal competency.
