The Fourth Industrial Revolution and the untact culture caused by COVID-19 have brought about changes in consumer life patterns. Fourth Industrial Revolution Technologies are artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, 3D printing, blockchain, biotechnology, augmented reality (AR), cloud & edge computing, and quantum computing. These technologies are expected to lead the consumption environment in the untact era by enabling the convergence of the physical and digital worlds. In this paper, we tried to provide reference materials for the future development of the fashion industry by examining the impact of the fourth industrial revolution technology on the fashion industry through concepts and examples of digital fashion products. The results of this study are as follows. First, sustainability can be realized through the development of digital fashion products. Compared to physical products, the permanence of digital fashion products is of high value as eco-friendly products, and the 4th industrial technology makes this possible. Second, it is possible to resolve consumer disputes arising from e-commerce. Digital fashion products can be purchased at the same time as payment is made, so it can solve various consumer complaints. Third, the 4th industrial technology has a convergence characteristic, making it easier to integrate the fashion industry with industries in other fields. Therefore, it can be said to be a new fashion industry model suitable for the 21st century.
