This study focused on developing a Korean elementary arts convergence education program that incorporates music education, Arctic change education, and an AI-based learning environment. While the focus was on the short-term effects of implementing the low-income education road program, the study also examined the program’s design and structure from a developmental perspective. This study focused on the case study “Earth, Let Me Play My Song - Save the Polar Bears!” implemented in the 2024 school year. It integrated project-based learning (PBL) using AI music tools like Suno AI and Sibelius into the elementary school curriculum. Following the process of analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and discussion, the study systematically described lesson objectives, step-by-step activities, materials development, and operational considerations. The results of the study demonstrated that the program enabled a cross-curricular integration structure encompassing music, science, technology, and the environment, while ensuring a balanced use of AI tools appropriate for each student’s level and fostering creative expression. Furthermore, the study confirmed that the global issue of climate change can be addressed through arts- integrated learning, aligned with the target competencies of the 2022 revised curriculum. This study has academic and practical significance by proposing a development model for arts-integrated education. Long-term validation of its effectiveness and widespread adoption remain future challenges.
