응급구조학 전공 대학생의 응급상황 대처능력, 재난대응참여의지가 재난대응역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 응급구조학 전공 대학생의 응급상황 대처능력과 재난대응참여의지가 재난대응역량에 미치는 영향을 파악 하고자 수행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구를 위해 2025년 1월 한 달간, 응급구조학 전공 학생 169명을 대상으로 구조화된 자 기기입식 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 참여자의 재난대응역량은 응급상황 대처능력(r = .292, p < .001) 및 재난대응참여의지(r = .292, p < .001)와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한 재난대응역량의 유의한 영향요인은 응급상 황 대처능력(β = .919, p < .001)으로 확인되었다. 응급구조학 전공 대학생의 재난대응역량을 강화하기 위해서는 단순한 응급처치 기술 중심 교육을 넘어, 상황 판단력과 문제 해결력을 포함한 종합적 응급상황 대처능력을 함양할 수 있는 교육 전략이 필요함을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted to examine the effects of emergency situation coping ability and willingness to participate in disaster response on disaster response competency among 169 paramedic students. Data were collected over one month in January 2025 using a structured self-administered questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression analyses were performed to analyze the relationships among the variables. Disaster response capability was positively associated with emergency response competency (r = .292, p < .001) and willingness to participate in disaster response(r = .292, p < .001), with emergency response competency (β = .919, p < .001) identified as a significant predictor. These findings suggest that enhancing disaster response capability requires education that goes beyond basic first aid skills, emphasizing integrated competencies such as situational judgment and problem-solving abilities.
