간호 시뮬레이션의 전문직 간 교육에 대한 개념 분석 = Interprofessional education in nursing simulation for nursing students: a conceptual analysis

Background: This study aimed to clarify the concept of interprofessional education in a nursing simulation context and determine its attributes and characteristics among nursing students. Methods: The study applied Walker and Avant's approach to identify the critical properties of this concept. Additionally, it included nursing students as research subjects and presented model and additional cases, antecedents and consequences, and empirical referents for studies published between January 2017 and October 2024. Results: The attributes of interprofessional education in nursing simulation were identified as ‘adaptability to clinical practice,’ ‘collaboration based on mutual respect,’ and ‘growth through interactions and reflection.’ In addition, interprofessional education in nursing simulation was defined as acquiring experiential knowledge through collaborative experience in clinical situations similar to reality and strengthening competencies through providing nursing care for patients. Conclusion: Interprofessional education in nursing simulation is learning through cooperation, with mutual respect and understanding of roles and responsibilities between professionals. Therefore, this study suggests developing an educational program that includes learning through interprofessional education.
