This study aims to explore the role and development strategies of beauty welfare services in response to the rapidly changing social welfare demands of a super-aged society. Population aging requires an integrated welfare approach that goes beyond physical care to include emotional stability, social participation, and the restoration of self-esteem. Through literature review and case analysis, this research investigates the effects of beauty services on improving the quality of life and enhancing social relationships among the elderly. The findings reveal that beauty welfare contributes not only to psychological stability through improved body image but also serves as a medium for social communication and self-realization. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the need for cooperation between public welfare systems and private beauty industries, the training of specialized beauty welfare professionals, and institutional support for sustainable service delivery. By proposing beauty welfare as a new paradigm of social welfare in a super-aged society, this study provides a foundational framework for future policy-making and educational programs.
