IPA 기법을 활용한 공주시 제민천 역사문화 골목공동체 뉴딜사업의 개선방안 연구 = Enhancing the Jemincheon Historical-Cultural Alley Community New Deal Project in Gongju Based on Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA)

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 공주시 제민천 역사문화골목공동체 뉴딜사업 대상지에 대한 거주자와 방문객의 만족도 차이를 분석하고 수정 중요도–만족도 분석(Revised IPA)을 통해 개선 우선순위를 도출하였다. 제민천 일대 주민과 방문객 각 50명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 30.0을 활용하여 신뢰도 검증, t-검정, 다중회귀분석 및 수정 IPA를 수행하였다. 분석 결과 거주자는 ‘역사적 상징성’과 ‘역사적 요소’가 중요도 대비 만족도가 낮아 우선 개선 영역으로 나타났다. 또한 ‘편의시설’과 ‘골목길 경관’은 점진적 개선이 필요한 항목으로 확인되었다. 반면 방문객은 ‘접근성’과 ‘편의시설’을 주요 개선 요소로 인식하였으며, 우선 개선 항목은 도출되지 않았다. 전체 이용자 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미친 요인은 ‘역사적 상징성’과 ‘야간 경관’으로 나타나 지역 정체성과 경관 경험이 만족도 형성에 핵심적임이 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 제민천 도시재생사업이 역사문화 자원 강화와 생활·관광 인프라 개선을 병행할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzed the differences in satisfaction between residents and visitors in the Jemicheon Historic–Cultural Alley Community New Deal project area in Gongju. Using the Revised Importance-Performance Analysis (Revised IPA), the study derives priority areas for improvement to enhance place-based management and user experience. A survey was conducted with 50 residents and 50 visitors, and reliability test, t-tests, multiple regression analysis, and Revised IPA were performed using SPSS 30.0. The results indicated that residents rated “historical symbolism” and “historical elements” as highly important but low in satisfaction, placing them in the priority improvement quadrant. “Convenience facilities” and “alley landscape” were identified as gradual improvement areas. Visitors emphasized “accessibility” and “convenience facilities” as key factors, although no items fell into the priority improvement quadrant. Across all respondents, “historical symbolism” and “nightscape quality” were the strongest predictors of overall satisfaction, demonstrating the importance of cultural identity and landscape quality. These results suggest that the Jemicheon regeneration project should simultaneously enhance historical–cultural resources and improve everyday and tourism-related infrastructure.
