Modern society faces intertwined crises of inequality and ecology that undermine long-term resilience. The social economy offers a recovery-oriented system emphasizing social value and ecological balance, with inclusive employment serving as a strategy to operationalize these principles by transforming diversity into a resource. This study conducted a PRISMA-based systematic literature review (2016~2025) to explore how inclusive employment enhances organizational resilience through social capital. Findings show that inclusive practices activate structural, relational, and cognitive social capital via coordination, support, and participation, translating into learning, adaptation, and growth capabilities across micro(individual), meso(organizational), and macro (community) levels. Inclusive employment thus functions as a strategic mechanism for creating an integrated ecosystem where employment, relationships, and resilience form a cyclical dynamic.
