The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship and influence of burn out, job satisfaction, and turnover intention for life sports leaders in various ways it is to analyze how burnout of life sports leaders affects job satisfaction and tur nover intention and provide basic data to help reduce burnout of life sports lead ers. To achieve the purpose of this study, 310 people were conveniently sampled by distributing online surveys using Google Questionnaire and questionnaires to t he Life Sports Center from August 1 to September 31, 2022. The results of data processing using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS Version 25.0 program are as follows. First, it was found that the burnout of life sports leader s had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, it was found that the burn out of life sports leaders had a significant effect on turnover intention. Taking th e above results together, It is judged that if life sports coaches experience burno ut, it has a negative effect on job satisfaction and turnover intention. Therefore, in order to reduce burnout of life sports leaders to increase job satisfaction and reduce job turnover intention, it is necessary to develop a clear manual for life s ports leaders to alleviate emotional exhaustion, physical exhaustion, poor working conditions, evaluation and treatment complaints, and human-related discord.
