The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in sports attitude, se lf-efficacy, and psychological well-being through an 8-week basketball sports pro gram for people with developmental disabilities. Accordingly, 56 adults with deve lopmental disabilities were selected as the population, and frequency analysis, reli ability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way A NOVA, and response sample t-test were performed using SPS version 26. The res ults derived from the results are as follows. First, there was no difference in spor ts attitude, self-efficacy, and psychological well-being factors according to gender and age of people with developmental disabilities. Second, there was a statisticall y significant difference in sports attitude, self-efficacy, and psychological well-bein g factors before and after the basketball program.
