학생맞춤통합지원 활성화를 위한 학교컨설팅 과제

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 학생맞춤통합지원(Student-Centered Integrated Support, 이하 학맞통)의 성공적 현장 안착을 위해 학교컨설팅이 수행할 수 있는 역할과 과제를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에 우수한 평가를 받은 학교컨설팅 보고서 8건을 분석함으로써 학맞통의 성공적 실행을 위한 학교컨설팅의 과제를 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 학교컨설팅은 (1) 학생맞춤형 지원 체계 강화, (2) 조직·제도적 지원 환경 구축, (3) 협력과 소통 기반의 교육지원 생태계 조성이라는 세 가지 영역에서 개선 과제가 도출되었다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 학맞통 활성화를 위한 다섯 가지 과제를 제안하였다. 첫째, 양적·질적 자료에 기반한 현황 진단과 증거 기반 대안 제시, 둘째, 학교 체제 표준 모델의 정립, 셋째, 학맞통작동기제에 기초한 진단 모형 개발, 넷째, 내용·방법의 균형 있는 지원, 다섯째, 교육격차 유형별 맞춤형 전략 수립이 그것이다. 이러한 결과는 학교컨설팅이 학맞통 내실화를 위한 핵심적 실행 수단임을 강조하며, 향후 정책 설계 단계에서 컨설팅의 제도적 내재화, 데이터 기반 의사결정 체계 구축, 표준 모델과 유연화 전략의 병행 필요성을 시사한다.

This study aims to identify the roles and tasks that school consulting can undertake to ensure the successful implementation of the Student-Centered Integrated Support (SCIS) schools. By analyzing eight highly evaluated school consulting reports. The tasks of school consulting for the successful implementation of SCIS were derived. The analysis revealed three major areas for improvement: 1) strengthening student-tailored support systems, 2) establishing organizational and institutional support environments, and 3) fostering an educational support ecosystem grounded in collaboration and communication. Based on these findings, the study proposed five strategic tasks for promoting SCIS: 1) diagnosing the current status and presenting evidence-based alternatives using both quantitative and qualitative data; 2) establishing a standard model for school systems; 3) developing diagnostic models based on SCIS operating mechanisms; 4) providing balanced support in terms of both content and methods; and 5) devising customized strategies tailored to different types of educational disparities. These results highlight the critical role of school consulting as a core implementation tool for strengthening SCIS, and suggest the need for institutional internalization of consulting, building a data-driven decision-making system, and combining standard models with flexible strategies in the future policy design stage.
