보육교사의 보육신념과 영유아의 문제행동지도 간의 관계 에서 정서지능과 권리존중보육의 매개효과에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

보육신념이 영유아 문제행동지도에 미치는 영향에 관한 정서지능과 권리존중보육의 매개 역할에 대해 확인하고 변인간의 유의한 관계를 분 석하여 바람직한 문제행동지도 및 보육과정 실행에 기여하고자 한다. 본 논문은 보육시설에서 영유아 문제행동지도에 중요한 요인이 되는 보육교사의 능력 개발을 위한 유용한 기초자료를 제공하고 정부의 보육 정책 결정 방향에 기여하는 것에 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the mediating role of emotional intelligence and respect for rights on the influence of childcare beliefs on the guidance of problem behaviors for infants and to analyze the significant relationship between variables to contribute to desirable problem behavior guidance and childcare process implementation. The purpose of this study is to provide useful basic data for the development of childcare teachers' abilities, which are important factors in the guidance of early childhood problem behaviors in childcare facilities, and to contribute to the government's decision-making direction of childcare policy.
