간호대학생의 눈치 수준에 따른 임상실습스트레스와 임상실습만족도 및 대인관계수준의 비교연구 = A Comparative Study on Clinical Practice Stress Clinical Practice Satisfaction and Interpersonal Competence according to Nursing Students' level of Nunchi

The purpose of this study was to compare clinical practice stress clinical practice satisfaction and interpersonal competence according to the level of nunchi in nursing students. The subjects of the study were 200 third-year nursing students with clinical practice experience in D Metropolitan City. The data collection period was from October 21 to 31, 2024, and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS (ver. 25.0) program to determine the differences in clinical practice stress clinical practice satisfaction and interpersonal competence according to the subjects' level of awareness using a t-test, and the correlation between each variable was confirmed. The research results showed that the degree of nunchi was 4.10 points (out of 5), the degree of clinical practice stress was 2.41 points (out of 5), the degree of clinical practice satisfaction was 3.58 points (out of 5), and the degree of interpersonal competence was 3.85 points (out of 5). As a result of comparing the two groups according to the level of nunchi the group with a high level of nunchi showed significantly higher clinical practice satisfaction and interpersonal competence than the group with a low level of nunchi. In addition there was a positive correlation between nunchi and clinical practice satisfaction interpersonal competence, clinical practice satisfaction and interpersonal competence. Considering these results if an educational program that can positively utilize nunchi behavior is developed and applied before clinical practice, it will have a positive effect on clinical practice satisfaction.
