This study was conducted on 30 male college students aged 19 or older at ◯◯ University in S City, dividing them into the combined training group A (aerobic exercise + resistance exercise) and the combined training group B (resistance exercise + aerobic exercise) with 15 participants each, and analyzed the difference in energy substrate oxidation rate values between the two groups through pre- and post-analysis using the order of the aerobic exercise program and the resistance exercise program, which were the same form. The results of the post-analysis showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the groups A and B. In addition, there was no effect of the interaction between the group and the period in both groups, but the effect of repetition was analyzed in the period (p <.001). In summary, the exercise plan regarding the order of the combined training should be planned and designed considering the characteristics of the subjects, and although there are limitations limited to the subjects of this study, the results of the study showed that it is important to design a specialized program based on quantitative criteria based on exercise science, so it is hoped that various analyses will continue by attempting follow-up studies according to the selection of specific subjects such as those with diseases, the elderly, and rehabilitation.
