중국 중소기업 CEO의 기업가적 지향성이 흡수역량, 혁신행동 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중국 중소기업을 대상으로 기업가적 지향성이 흡수역량, 혁신행동 및 경영 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보는데 주요 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 관련 선행연구들을 고찰하여 연구모형과 제반 가설들을 수립하였으며 중국 중 소 제조업체의 최고경영자를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과를 토대로 구조방정식 모 형을 통한 실증분석을 진행하였다. 실증분석 결과 다음과 같은 몇 가지 사실들이 밝혀 졌다. 첫째, 기업가적 지향성은 경영성과에는 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지는 못하였 으나 흡수역량과 혁신행동에는 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 흡수역량은 혁신행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 흡수역 량과 혁신행동은 경영성과에 각각 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝 으로 기업가적 지향성과 경영성과 간 관계에서 흡수역량과 혁신행동은 단순 및 이중 매개역할을 담당하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 중국 중소기업들의 경영성과 제고를 위한 최고경영자들의 바람직한 기업가적 지향성 발휘와 관련한 몇 가지 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on absorptive capacity, innovative behavior and management performance of Chinese Small and Medium sized Enterprises. For this purpose, a research model and hypotheses are developed based on the relevant literature reviews. Data have been collected from CEOs of Chinese small and medium sized manafacturing enterprises and the empirical findings were tested by structural equation modeling analysis. The empirical findings are as follows. First, entrepreneurial orientation has not a positive effect on management performance, but a positive effect on absorptive capacity and innovative behavior. Second, absorptive capacity has a positive effect on innovative behavior. Third, absorptive capacity and innovative behavior have a positive effect on management performance respectively. Finally, absorptive capacity and innovative behavior have a simple and double mediating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and management performance. Based on the results, this study presents a few significant implications for the exercise of desirable entrepreneurial orientation of CEOs to improve the management performance of Chinese SMEs.
