본 연구는 안쪽 정강뼈 피로증후군을 가지고 있는 체육계열 대학생들에게 고유 감각과 균형을 개선하는데 있어부상의 재활을 촉진하는 해결책으로 사용될 수 있는 키네시오 테이핑의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 키네시오 테이핑을적용한 실험군 집단 13명과 긴장도가 없는 테이핑을 적용한 대조군 집단 13명을 대상으로 각각 중재 전 고유수용성감각, 정적 균형, 동적 균형을 측정하였으며 24시간 후 사후 측정을 동일하게 재측정하였다. 그 결과 실험군에서 발등 굽힘과 발바닥 굽힘의 고유수용성 감각, 정적 및 동적 균형에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며(p<.05)(p<.01), 집단 간 비교에서도발등 굽힘과 발바닥 굽힘의 고유수용성 감각, 정적 및 동적 균형에서 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05)(p<.01). 따라서 안쪽정강뼈 피로증후군을 앓고 있는 체육계열 대학생들에게 고유수용감각 능력과 균형 능력을 향상시키기 위해 본 연구에서구현한 하지 키네시오 테이핑을 적용하는 것이 권장되며 경기력 향상에도 긍정적인 영향을 줄거라고 생각된다.
