Though the performance-related data of public construction projects are being generated in large quantities in real time at this very moment, the system to manage these data to collect, analyze, and utilize is insufficient. This study suggested the conceptual framework of performance management platform for the construction industry. The construction industry performance management platform suggested through this study is largely composed of a performance management module and an effectiveness analysis module. In the performance management module, successful projects are first defined and performance indicators are set accordingly and then the project performance is measured and analyzed by collecting and analyzing project-specific data related to these indicators. The effectiveness module measures the utilization of related improvement methods and analyzes the degree of relationship with project performance in order to understand the effectiveness of improvement methods on project performance. Through the performance management module, it is possible to identify the current level of the business performance and specifically derive areas to be improved by identifying the proximity to each measurement index and through the effectiveness analysis module, it is possible to know specific methods for performance improvement.
