제주지역 다크-투어리즘 고유성에서 보훈의 가치 연구 = A Study on the Value of Veterans in the Uniqueness of Dark-Tourism in Jeju

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is important to note that the dark tourism program conducted in this study is focused on the memory and mental aspects of education and history.,In particular, although the motivational variables may be different in this study, ultimately, it is essential to reflect on the value consciousness of the veterans of our people through the dark-tourism peace stepping stone program in Jeju.
Participants in the Peace Stepping Stone Program were experts from most fields, and 80 people participated in the program for two nights and three days. Those who participated in the program were 80% teachers and professors, 5% defectors, 10% police and soldiers and 5% others.,Participants were divided into three teams and their relationship with characteristics was analyzed based on their individual feelings, historical awareness, and future direction.
In the past, as Korea focused on national economic development, it was missing the traces of heroes in local history. The sacrifice and value preservation efforts of Korean heroes were neglected regardless of national economic development.,Today, we are actively discussing the methodology of raising the value of patriotism in order to prevent the sacrifice of heroes from being wrong.
The Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs (MOVA) is also promoting the Veterans' Shenyang Project, which raises the value of patriotism to Korean heroes every year, This is not only the role of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, but also the cooperation of all the ministries of the central government to raise the sacrifice spirit and value of Korean heroes.,Today, the Republic of Korea is developing healthily because there were independent benefactors and families, veterans and families, democratic benefactors and families.
Today, Korea is a country that is respected by the people of the world, a country that envies, and a culture that wants to learn.,Furthermore, stopping at the formal honor or reward of heroes can be a laughing stock not only for our descendants but also for the international community. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the right value of veterans for tomorrow's veterans. Establishing the value of veterans is a source of power to overcome and leap when difficulties arise. The core of the value of veterans is love of the country.,Even if they have different ideas and different directions, they should respect each other, recognize each other's differences, and move forward together, with the value of patriotism, which is love for the country. All the people should recognize each other's differences and go to the way of becoming one.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서 진행 된 다크-투어리즘 프로그램은 교육 및 역사에 대한 기억과 정신적 측면에 집중되어 있다는 사실이 중요하다. 특히 이번 연구에서는 동기변수가 다를 수도 있지만 궁극적으로는 제주지역 다크-투어리즘 평화디딤돌 프로그램을 통해 우리 국민들이 가지고 있는 보훈의 가치의식에 관한 내용을 되새겨보고자 함이 핵심이다.
평화디딤돌 프로그램 참가자들은 대다수 각 분야의 전문가들로 80여명이 참가하여 2박3일간 진행하였다. 프로그램에 참여한 분들 직업을 나눠보면 선생님과 교수가 80%, 탈북자 5%, 경찰과 군인 10%, 기타 5%이다. 참가자들을 3개팀으로 나누어 그들 개개인이 느끼는 감정, 역사 인식, 미래 방향 등에 대한 사고를 토대로 특성과의 관계를 분석하였다.
과거 대한민국은 국가 경제발전에 집중하다보니 지방 역사의 영웅들 흔적을 놓치고 있었다. 대한민국 영웅들의 희생정신과 가치보존 노력이 국가경제발전과는 무관하게 소홀했던 것이다. 오늘날에 와서는 영웅들의 희생이 그릇되지 않게 하기 위해 보훈의 가치를 높이는 방법론의 논의를 활발하게 이어 나가고 있다.
국가보훈처도 매년 대한민국 영웅들에 대한 보훈의 가치를 높이는 보훈선양사업을 추진하고 있다. 대한민국 영웅들의 선양사업이 국가보훈처에만 의지해서는 안된다. 이는 국가보훈처만의 역할이 아닌 중앙정부의 모든 부처 차원에서 대한민국 영웅들의 희생정신과 가치를 높이기 위한 협조가 이루어져야 한다. 더불어 지방정부도 함께 적극적인 협력하여 확대되었으면 한다. 독립유공자와 가족, 참전유공자와 가족, 민주유공자와 가족 등 이분들이 계셨기에 오늘날 대한민국이 건강하게 발전하고 있다.
세계인들에게 존경받는 나라, 부러워하는 나라, 배우고 싶어 하는 문화를 만들어 가고 있는 나라가 오늘날 대한민국이다. 하물며 영웅들에 대한 형식적인 예우나 보상의 보훈에서 멈추는 것은 우리 후손들뿐만 아니라 국제사회에 웃음거리가 될 수 있다. 그러므로 내일의 보훈을 위해서 올바른 보훈의 가치를 정립할 필요가 있다. 보훈 가치 정립은 어려움 극난이 찾아왔을 때 극복하고 도약할 수 있는 힘의 원천이다. 보훈 가치의 핵심은 나라사랑이다. 이를 왜곡되게 해서는 안된다. 생각이 달라도, 방향이 달라도 나라사랑이라는 보훈가치를 앞세워 서로 존중하고 서로의 다름을 인정하고 함께 나아가는 것이다. 온 국민이 서로의 다름을 인정하고 하나가 되는 길로 찾아가야 한다.
