The purpose of this paper is that existing studies tend to analyze K-pop itself on the nature of the success of K-pop globalization, but this paper aims to discuss the acquisition of popularity macroscopically through a broad and universal analysis of the properties of the public. For this study, the characteristics of existing K-pop research were examined and the properties of popular art were discussed. Finally, the results according to how the popular art providers set their marketing targets were explained with an example. It is expected that this article will be able to contribute to research that secures the popularity of various cultural products as well as existing K-contents through consideration of the essence of K-pop success.
