『상설고문진보대전(詳說古文眞寶大全)』(前集) 주석(註釋)의 문제점 = Problems in Commentaries on SangseolGomunJinboDaejeon(the first half collection)

국문 초록 (Abstract)

『詳說古文眞寶大全』은 조선시대 전 시기에 걸쳐 가장 널리 읽혀진 시문 학습 교재 중 하나였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이 책에 수록된 글, 특히 前集 주석에 문제가 많다는 비판이 수차 제기된 바 있으며, 아직까지 이를 본격적으로 검증한 바가 없다. 본고는 이런 사실을 주목하고 이 책 前集 주석의 어디에 어떤 문제가 있는지를 실증적으로 검증해보고자 하였다. 결과 본문 풀이와 관련된 문제, 출전 제시와 관련된 문제, 기타 유의할 문제 등 대략 60여건의 문제를 파악할 수 있었다. 본문 풀이와 관련해서는 詩題설명의 타당성에 문제가 있는 경우, 창작 배경과 관련된 정보 제공의 정확성에 문제가 있는 경우, 개별 시구의 속뜻 풀이가 부적절한 경우, 작품 전체의 맥락 분석에 문제가 있는 경우 등 4가지 영역에 약 10여건의 문제가 파악되었다. 출전 제시와 관련해서는 출전 문헌에 대한 정보 제공이 부정확한 경우, 제시한 인용문이 본문 풀이의 근거가 되기에 부적절한 경우, 제시한 출전 원문 자체에 오자 혹은 탈자가 있는 경우, 인용문을 抄略하는 과정에 원의가 왜곡된 경우 등 4가지 영역에 약 25건이 파악되었다. 기타 유의할 필요가 있는 문제점으로는 출전 원문의 순서가 전도된 경우, 주석문의 위치가 부적절한 경우, 주석문의 본문 관련성이 낮은 경우 등이 있었으며, 주석 대상이 된 본문에도 제목 표기가 부적절한 경우, 작자 명시가 잘못된 경우, 시구 기록에 오자가 있는 경우 등 약 20건이 확인되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Sangseol Gomun Jinbo Daejeon, a Complete Collection of Poetry Textbooks, was one of the most widely read poetry textbooks in the Joseon Dynasty. Nevertheless, criticisms have been posed numerous times that the text contained in this collection, especially the commentaries of the first half collection, are problematic. This paper focuses on this fact and tries to empirically verify where and what problems are. As a result, some 60 problems, including problems in the explanation of the main text, problems related to the presentation of sources, and other noteworthy problems were identified. The problems that this study identified regarding the commentaries include problems in the validity of the explanation of poem titles in relation to the explanation of the main text, inaccurate information provided for the background of creation, inappropriate explanation of the hidden meaning of individual verses, and an erroneous analysis of the context of works. The problems found in relation to the presentation of sources include inaccurate information about the source literature, inappropriate foundation cited for the explanation of the main text, typos in the original sources, and distortion of original meaning in the process of extraction. Other noteworthy problems include the disorder of the original text, inappropriate position of commentaries, and low relevancy of commentaries to the text. In addition, other problems that were identified include an inappropriate expression of titles in the main text, an erroneous expression of authors, typo in verses.
