모래상자놀이가 내재화문제 아동의 자기표현에 미치는 영향 = The effects of sandtray play on the self-expression of children with internalized problems

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of sandtray play on self - expression and internalized problem behaviors of children with internalized problems. The subjects were 10 children aged 7 to 8 years old who were referred to the 00 psychological counseling center at D city, the children who had a score of 70T or higher in depression / anxiety, somatic symptoms, withdrawal, and internalization scale of K-CBCL were selected experimental group and the control group were randomly assigned to three patients. A total of 10session sandtray play were conducted for 50 minutes once a week. The results of the study are as follows: First, sandtray play improves self-expression of children. Second, sandtray play reduces children's internalized problem behavior. Third, the frequency of children's internalized problem behavior who appeared in the sandtray play program session reduced.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 모래상자놀이가 내재화 문제 아동의 자기표현과 내재화 문제행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 D시 00심리상담센터에 내재화 문제로 의뢰된 만7∼8세 아동 10명중 K-CBCL의 우울/불안, 신체적 증상, 위축, 내재화 척도에서 70T이상 점수를 보이는 아동 6명을 선별하여 실험집단과 통제집단에 각 3명씩 무작위 배정하였다. 연구방법은 주 1회 50분, 총 10회의 모래상자놀이 프로그램을 진행하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 모래상자놀이는 아동의 자기표현을 증진시킨다. 둘째, 모래상자놀이는 아동의 내재화 문제행동을 감소시킨다. 셋째, 모래상자놀이 프로그램 회기내에서 나타난 아동의 내재화 문제행동의 빈도는 감소하였다.
