간호대학생들의 인성 분석: 인지적, 정의적, 행동적 특성을 중심으로 = Analysis of the Characteristics of Nursing Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to explore cognitive, justice and behavioral characteristics of nursing students and to seek after integrative personality teaching methods. The survey was conducted from November, 16th, 2016 to December, 2nd, 2016 through a self-report questionnaire following consent of 189 nursing students in a college located in D city. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, scheffe test were adopted for data analysis in SPSS statistical program. At the results, justice character level is the most higher and behavior character level is the most lower. According to their sex, religion and health status, their cognitive, justice and behavioral characteristics were significantly different. But according to their age or grade and family factors like the number of their brothers or order among them, their three characteristics were not different. The results of this study indicate that an active approaches are needed for development the characteristics of nursing students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 간호대학생들의 인성특성을 분석하여 간호대학생들을 위한 통합적 인성교육방안을 모색하기 위해 수행되었다. 자료수집을 위해 2016년 11월 16일부터 12월 2일까지 B광역시 소재 일 대학 189명의 간호대학생을 대상으로 동의를 받고 대학생 인성검사 도구로 자료조사를 시행하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 통계프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, scheffe test로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 간호대학생들의 인성은 정의적 인성, 인지적 인성, 행동적 인성 순으로 높게 나타났다. 간호대학생들의 성(Sex), 종교유무, 건강상태에 따라 유의한 인성수준의 차이가 나타났으며, 연령과 학년 그리고 형제 자매를 포함하는 가족 환경에 따른 인성특성 차이는 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구결과로 볼 때, 간호대학생들의 인지적, 정의적, 행동적 인성 수준은 연령이나 형제, 자매를 포함하는 가족 환경에 따른 차이를 기대하기 어렵기에 간호대학생들의 인성과 관련요인 및 영향요인들을 적극 탐색하여 이를 토대로 한 보다 적극적 인성계발 접근이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
