진로사고검사의 한국 표준화 연구 = A Study on Standardization of the Korean Version of Career Thought Inventory

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 진로사고검사(Career Thought Inventory)를 우리나라 고등학생, 대학생, 성인이 사용할 수 있도록 한국판으로 표준화하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 진로사고검사를 한국 실정에 맞게 번안하였고 3,811명의 고등학생, 대학생, 성인을 전국 표집하여 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 진로사고검사는 인지적 정보처리이론과 인지치료를 근거로 개발된 검사로 개인의 진로의사결정과정에 영향을 주는 인지적인 측면을 파악할 수 있는 도구이다. 검사-재검사 신뢰도와 내적 신뢰도 측정에서 비교적 양호한 신뢰도를 보였고 내용타당도, 구성타당도, 공인타당도도 검증되었다. 논의에서는 신뢰도와 타당도 검증을 거친 진로사고검사의 활용방안과 후속연구에 대한 제언 그리고 제한점을 제시하였다.

This study explored the reliability and the validity of the Korean version of the Career Thought Inventory(CTI). The CTI was based on a Cognitive Information Processing(CIP) theoretical approach to career development and career services and a cognitive therapy theoretical approach to mental health and mental health services. The CTI is an instrument for the explanation of the cognitions on career problem solving and decision making. The CTI was translated into Korean and administered to 3,811 high school and college students, and adults. Internal consistency reliability coefficients and test-retest correlation for the CTI total score were high. Content validity, construct validity, and concurrent validity also showed. Possible implications for career counseling and some suggestions for future research on the CTI were discussed.
