간호대학 신입생의 발달과업성취가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 간호대학 신입생의 발달과업에 대한 인식 및 발달과업 성취, 대학생활적응 수준을 확인하고 발달과업에 대한 인식과 성취가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 시행되었다. 연구설계는 서술적 조사연구로, 대상자는 B시에 소재하는 S대학교 간호학과 1학년 51명이었으며 설문지를 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학신입생이 인식하는 발달과업의 중요성에 대한 인식수준 평균은 4.26 ± .491, 발달과업성취 평균은 3.05 ± .475, 대학생활적응 평균은 5.52 ± .979이었다. 발달과업에 대한 중요도는 개인의 발달과업 성취와 상관이 없었으며, 대학생활적응에는 발달과업 성취수준이 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대학생활적응의 영향요인은 발달과업 성취수준이었으며 그 하위영역 중 개인의 자기관리 및 인성, 그리고 진로계발이 49.6%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 따라서 간호대학 신입생의 대학생활적응을 증진하기 위해서는 이들의 자기관리와 인성 그리고 진로계발을 도모하는 교과과정 및 교화외 활동이 필요하겠다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among importance of developmental task, achievement of developmental task and adaptation in college living of nursing students. Participants were 51 nursing students in B city. Means of importance of developmental task, achievement of developmental task and adaptation in college living of nursing students were 4.26 ± .491, 3.05 ± .475 and 5.52 ± .979. Significant positive correlations was between achievement of developmental task and adaptation in college living but there was no correlations was between importance of developmental task and achievement of developmental task. The regression model explained 49.6% of adaptation in college living of nursing students. The significant predictors of interpersonal competence was the level achievement of developmental task. It should strengthen development of self-discipline and career to improve adaptation in college living of nursing students.
