공공데이터 개방정책에 관한 평가적 고찰: 공공데이터포털을 중심으로 = An Evaluation of Public Data Opening Policy: Focused on Public Data Portal

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzes with the viewpoint of process evaluation on the actual state of public data open policy focusing the public data portal (www.data.go.kr) in Korea. The scope of the study includes the types of open data, technical types for data sharing, machine-readable format recommendations, and the use and utilization yearly. The result of this study was understood that the number of open public data increase but not high the development and utilization cases linked to the actual business. The reason for this is as follows. First, Open API is relatively small. Second, this data may be barriers to utilization because it consists of letter corresponding to the minimum requirements in machine-readable format recommendations. Third, the open data and the demand of the private sector have been mismatching. The policy design and development plan on the public data openness is suggested as systematic management of quality and ecology of public data, the specific classification of open data list, customer oriented implementation process of open public data.
