청소년 학교부적응의 종단적 변화의 영향요인 = The Factors associated with the Longitudinal Individual Changes in Adolescents’ School Maladjustment Over Time

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study attempts to empirically investigate how the longitudinal individual changes in individual, family and school factors influence the longitudinal individual changes in adolescents’ school maladjustment over time. The 1st through the 3rd annual datasets of the Korea Youth Panel Survey by the National Youth Policy Institute since 2003 were used and the multi-level model was applied for the analysis. The results of the study are as follows. The higher the rate of change of self-esteem was, the lower the rate of change of school maladjustment was. The lower the rate of change of self-control was, the higher the rate of change of school maladjustment was. The higher the rate of change of academic stress was, the higher the rate of change of school maladjustment was. The higher the rate of change of the average monthly household income was, the lower the rate of change of school maladjustment was. The higher the rate of change of the parent attachment was, the lower the rate of change of school maladjustment was. The higher the rate of change of the close friend attachment was, the lower the rate of change of school maladjustment was. The higher the rate of change of the teacher attachment was, the lower the rate of change of school maladjustment was. This results suggest that educational welfare intervention for helping adolescents’ school adjustment is necessary.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구에서는 개인, 가족, 학교요인의 종단적 변화가 청소년 학교부적응의 종단적 변화에 미치는 영향에 대해 경험적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 경험적 확인에 사용된 자료는 한국청소년패널조사 중2패널 1~3차년도 자료이며 다층모형으로 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 청소년의 자아존중감이 높아질수록 학교부적응은 낮아지고, 자아통제력이 낮아질수록, 학업스트레스가 높아질수록 학교부적응은 높아지며, 월평균가구소득이 높아질수록, 부모애착이 높아질수록 학교부적응은 낮아지며, 친한친구애착이 높아질수록, 교사애착이 높아질수록 학교부적응은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 청소년 학교적응을 돕기 위한 청소년 교육사회복지적 개입이 필요함을 시사한다.
