      In the knowledge-based, information-oriented society of the 21st century, the ability to collect, analyze and re-create information rather than hold it is being emphasized, and the capability to re-produce information as knowledge is being demanded. In order to adapt to and cope with these changes, the educational field is also changing, and middle schools are dealing with them by introducing the free learning semester system. This research aims at analyzing the cases where a reading activity program using book-trailers preferred by teenagers, the multimedia generation, was operated as a club activity of a free learning semester system program implemented to meet the demand of changes at the educational field.
