서울시 혼합단지의 갈등사례 및 인식조사 연구： 공공임대주택과 분양주택 입주민을 중심으로 = Conflict Case and Perception for Social Mix Complex in Seoul : Focused on Residents for Public Rental Housing and Ownership Housing

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual conflict case between public rental housing residents and ownership housing tenants and to find out the perception of public rental housing residents for social mix policy. Therefore, we propose policy direction and improvements for social mix policy in the future. The spatial extent of the study is social mix apartment by the SH corporation in Seoul. The context scope is limited conflict cases and perception of public rental housing residents. Actual conflict cases were typed into five(① ownership and rental housing residents co-head organizer of the meeting, ② selection of housing management companies, ③ over-income operation ④ distinct management for rental housing management, ⑤ provision for long-term repair conflicts). Survey Results, 60.9% of respondents wanted to live separate with ownership housing tenants. but only 28.8% of respondents had been conflict experience. The policy recommendations in this study include the followings; ① change of the people switch ② communication and strengthen linkages housing welfare program. ③ improvement of housing management system ④ improvements of public housing image. The improvement for hot issue is ① Institutionalization of ownership and rental housing residents co-head organizer of the meeting ② Construction scheme of ownership and rental housing residents co-head organizer of the meeting ③ The need of manage other income.
