지방 문화예산 재정 분석을 통한 지방문화 발전방향

Culture is one of the essential parts in our daily lives as we refer to the modern society as The era of culture . In other words, the level of culture of a city or a nation is a core barometer of competitiveness and the basic factor for th national development. In particular, cultural interchange is regarded as a part of diplomacy as exchanges among nations are getting active. Far from the past when it was a more option as a quality of life, culture, nowadays, is
becoming a must that shows the present and the future of a city and a nation. Likewise, culture is the one thing that its people and residents should have the right to enjoy and create as their own, In this regard, cultural promotion is the major agenda for three components：Government, citizens and corporations. Culture, in particular, is heavily influenced by local factors in that it spreads on the basis of traditional geographical features. We studied to research problems how local public finance used, and had cultural budget standard and so on. The research method was analyzed using local public finance data from 2006 to 2008 in wonju. And We compared with local public finance data in Chung－ju(2008). In Wonji, cultural budget provided a financial support to advance the specific items that invested a many revenue source. We were studied how local culture group depend on public finance and It was of 50% or more in whole budget. The result can suggest the following. First, Local government need to master plans of local culture and culture－industry. Second, local cultural budget will reflect an opinion of local culture－group. Third, Local culture items should be evaluated the performance about future effect of city, effect of next a generation and so on. Last, The fund creation of local culture will be necessary because the support will come to be few about traditional pure culture,
considering an economic environment.
