반계(磻溪) 유형원(柳馨遠)의 한시(漢詩)에 투영된 그의 실학자적(實學者的) 면모(面貌) = His Silhak Scholar`s Aspects Reflected by Bangye Yu Hyeoung won`s Sino-Korean Poetry

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본고는 磻溪 柳馨遠(1622~1673)의 문학과 실학이 어떠한 접점을 가지고 있는지를 분석한 것이다. 반계 유형원의 문학과 실학을 아우르는 종합적 연구가 보다 활발하게 이루어지기를 희망하는 뜻에서였다. 반계 유형원의 磻溪逸稿 에 수록된 詩稿는, 그가 생전에 자신의 뜻을 반영하여 자신의 일생과 내면을 가장 잘 파악할 수 있도록 정리한 결과이며, 그의 사후에 가까운주위 사람이 필사한 것이었다. 학회지에 게재된 시고의 원문을 토대로 연구를 진행할때에는 오자에 주의를 기울일 필요가 있다. 반계는 시편을 읊을 때 자연물 소나무의 형상과 역사적 인물의 절의에 주체의 확립을 적극적으로 투영하였다. 이렇게 확립한 주체는 19년이라는 세월에 걸쳐 경세론을 독자적으로 체계화한 『磻溪隨錄』 완성의 밑바탕이 되었다. 반계는 제자리를 얻지 못한 식물, 동물, 사람에 대해 읊으면서 자신의 사회적 실천 의지를 반영하였다. 그는 조선의 잘못된 제도를 근본적으로 개혁하여 민생들이 제자리를 얻도록 함으로써 옛 성왕들이 구현했던 이상적인 ‘王政’을 회복하고자 하였다. 반계는 주체의 확립과 사회적 실천 양자를 끊임없이 성찰하여 일상과 이상을 조화롭게 수행하였다. 반계는 일상에서 실패한 영웅이 아니었으며, 자기로부터의 혁명을 이룩한 위인이었다. 반계는 30대 중반에 이미 자신의 사회적 실천을 목적성을 띠지 않는 경지로까지 승화시켰다. 반계 유형원의 경우 문학과 경학의 접점은 바로 이 지점에서 확인된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzed how Bangye(磻溪) Yu Hyeoungwon(柳馨遠; 1622~ 1673)’s literature and Silhak meet each other. This study was conducted in the hope that comprehensive researches embracing his literature and Silhak would actively be pursued. Works of poems printed in Bangye Yu Hyeoungwon’s Bangyeilgo(磻溪逸稿), are the results that he himself arranged them to best grasp his life and his inner world when he was alive, and those that were transcribed by close acquaintances after his death. When you do the research with original scripts of Sino Korean poems printed in academic journals, you should be careful about wrong words mistakenly inserted. When Bangye composed poems, he often expressed his subject establishment in pine tree’s shape and constancies of historic figures. The subject that he established in this way became the groundwork for the completion of Bangyesurok(磻溪隨錄). When Bangye expressed plants, animals, and human beings that failed to get one’s own position in his poems, he reflected his volition of social practice. He would restore ideal politics in which people once achieved their own positions by radically reforming the wrong system of Joseon. Bangye ceaselessly self examined both subject establishment and social practice to perform a daily life and an ideal life in a harmony. Bangye was not a hero who failed to live a daily life, but he was a great figure who accomplished a reform from himself. Bangye, in his middle 30s, already reached a stage of performing his social practice without keeping the purpose. In Bangye Yu Hyeoungwon’s case, here is confirmed to be the point where the literature and the study of Confucian classics met.
