This study is to analyze the plot of Ham Se-Deok`s plays: Dong Seung, Mu Eu Do Gi Hang and Nak Hwa Am. I have analyzed the plot based on the text. In real performance the plot of Dong Seung was somewhat different from that of the original text. Cheong Nam-Cheol(producer) changed the first and the last scene employing Korean traditional Kut. Nak Hwa Am is a story of falling dynasty, Baekje. In producing this drama, Chang Jin-Ho(producer) reorganized the original text changing four acts into five chapters which he aimed to give audience amusement. In his interview with me, he said that in Ham Se-Dok`s well made historical drama he added comic elements to approach the audience. In this Nak Hwa Am(1997) we can notice war scene was represented as dancing. We can feel more the visualization of inner element rather than historical beauty. In conclusion we find various interpretations of public performances by various producers. It is because Ham Se-Deok`s original contain profound elements of interpretations.
