The purpose of this study was to observe changes in student major selections through the adoption of comprehensive screening system of student files by college admissions. Changes in the major selections of high school students due to comprehensive screening system of student files were observed through analyses of career wish lists and club activities recorded in school transcripts. Observations were made of changes in ``career wish lists`` and ``club activities`` recorded in the transcripts of 634 students registered for A comprehensive screening system of student files of K University, with 225 registered for the year 2014 and 409 registered for the year 2015. Career wish lists and club activities showed differences according to university major characteristics. Selections in career wish lists showed 50%~80% congruence with university majors and club activities showed less than 40% congruence. With club activities, 1. while there were many clubs related to majors, there were many club activities of various areas, 2. cases where characteristics of the major make it difficult to conduct club activities in relevant fields, and 3. cases in which there were an increased or large number of major-related club activities. Research results show that career with lists and club activities change by academic year according to characteristics of student majors.
