원산지제도의 복잡성, 관리수준, 대응전략과 원산지제도 활용성과의 관계 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As global companies face a changing trade environment that can promptly respond to the spread of Rules of Origin is urgently required. It is therefore common objective to have competitiveness using prompt and accurate methods.
The companies are trying to secure competitive positions in the global market by employing complexity, management level, corresponding strategy. In this study, we investigate the inter-relationship among the research constructs in rules of origin and its effects on complexity, management level, corresponding strategy, rules of origin's performance.
Based on the analysis of seventy seven rules of origin cases in Korean company, the following results are found. Firstly, it was found that the complexity of determinants factor affects rules of origin's performance. Secondly, management level of determinants factor affects corresponding strategy. Third, corresponding strategy of determinants factor affects rules of origin's performance.
