As the introduction of admission officer system enlarged autonomy of university, they can utilize various admission elements when selecting students. In these changes of admission, we conducted this study in order to research systematic method of interview as one of the admission elements. For this purpose, we researched documents and interview method of Kyunghee university, the comparative analysis for interview cases of other universities, the changes of operating method for interview according to simplification policy of university admission. So we can get the result that they select and utilize 1.2 method from personality interview, speaking interview, discussion interview, its personality interview is conducted individually based on student`s documents, speaking and discussion interview are conducted by previously issued questions. In 2015, many universities will abolish speaking and discussion interview, lower its percentage of interview. In this situation, we proposed development of evaluation items, enhancement of interview`s speciality, criteria setting for interview, development of concrete operating method for interview so that interview can play a role as admission elements.
