상담 초기 작업동맹과 상담성과 사이의 자기회귀 교차지연 효과 검증 = Testing the Autoregressive Cross-lagged Effects between Working Alliance and Outcome In the Early Phase of Counseling

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 상담초기 작업동맹과 상담성과 사이의 종단적 상호영향 관계를 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 상담을 받고 있는 내담자 350명을 대상으로 수집된 종단자료 중 초기 3회기의 작업동맹과 내담자 증상수준으로 측정된 상담성과 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료를 자기회귀 교차지연 모형(Autoregressive cross-lagged model)을 적용하여 분석한 결과 첫째, 작업동맹과 상담성과의 회기의 변화에 따른 변화는 시간의 경과에 따라 안정적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 작업동맹과 상담성과 간 관계에서 1회기의 작업동맹이 2회기의 상담성과에 미치는 영향과 2회기 상담성과가 3회기 작업동맹에 미치는 영향이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 기초하여 작업동맹과 상담성과 상호영향력에 대한 논의와 추후 연구에 대한 과제를 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the systematic relationship between working alliance and outcome. Autoregressive Cross- lagged Model (ARCL) was performed to test the longitudinal reciprocal relationship between the two constructs. Results show that, first, result of the stability coefficient, reflecting the autoregressive coefficients of each variable, show that working alliance and outcome were significantly stable over time. Second, result of the cross-lagged coefficient, reflecting the cross-lagged causal effect of working alliance on outcome, show that working alliance (W1) had statistically significant effect on outcome (O2) and the outcome (O2) had statistically significant effect on working alliance (W3).
